PGA Tour Brunch Wraps-Up the 2026 PGA Tour Regular Season

GREENSBORO - Michael Brennan (Won/-22) won his second PGA TOUR title in his 29th start at age 24 years, 6 months (2025 Bank of Utah Championship) and became the third consecutive tourney winner on the TOUR - under the age of 25 - to taste victory. The others: Jackson Koivun/3M Open (21), Michael Thorbjornsen/Rocket Classic (24)
Brennan carded five consecutive birdies on Nos. 4-8. Keep in mind, he made a career-best eight consecutive birdies in his first-round (65) at last week’s Rocket Classic.
Brennan is now 2-for-2 in converting the 54-hole lead/co-lead in an individual stroke-play events (2025 Bank of Utah Championship); the 54-hole leader/co-leader has gone on to win 12 of 33 individual stroke-play events on TOUR this season.
Brennan entered the week at No. 105 in the FedEx Cup standings and advanced to the FedEx Cup Playoffs and will rank as No. 47.
Tournament Notes
Following the Wyndham Championship, the Top 70 players in the FedExCup standings qualified for next week’s FedEx St. Jude Championship (the first of three events in the FedExCup Playoffs).
