Final Round Coverage of the 2023 Valspar Championship

PALM HARBOR - Adam Schenk has held the lead/co-lead after each round this week in search of his first PGA TOUR title.
A total of five players have made the Valspar Championship their first TOUR win, including two-time defending champion Sam Burns.
Tommy Fleetwood was one of three players with a bogey-free round on Saturday (Patton Kizzire/67, Doc Redman/68).
The 2015 Valspar Championship winner Jordan Spieth seeks to become the event’s fifth multiple winner (K.J. Choi, Retief Goosen, Paul Casey, Sam Burns)
Spieth, Kizzire, Webb Simpson and Cody Gribble are the only players among those at 5-under or better on the leaderboard with Tour victories
Justin Thomas, the highest-ranked player in the field at No. 10 in the Official World Golf Ranking, sits T-20.

March 19, 1961 - Bob Goalby made a string of eight straight birdies - a PGA Tour record at the time en route to winning the St. Petersburg Open in Florida. Goalby made birdie from the eighth through the 15th to shoot a final round (65) at the Pasadena Country Club.
