PLEASE NOTE - This weekend is the final stop of the 2026 FedEx Cup Playoffs - the TOUR Championship at East Lake Golf Club, and also the final weekend of PGA Tour Brunch coverage for this season.
ATLANTA - The 2026 TOUR Championship marks the 25th playing of the event at East Lake Golf Club and the 20th consecutive year as the FedEx Cup Playoffs finale.
The field includes:
Six FedEx Cup Champions: Rory McIlroy (2016, 2019, 2022), Justin Rose (2018), Patrick Cantlay (2021), Viktor Hovland (2023), Scottie Scheffler (2024), Tommy Fleetwod (2025)
Seven past champions of the TOUR Championship: Adam Scott (2006), Rory McIlroy (2016, 2019, 2022), Xander Schauffele (2017), Patrick Cantlay (2021), Viktor Hovland (2023), Scottie Scheffler (2024), Tommy Fleetwood (2025)
Six players will make their TOUR Championship debut: Min Woo Lee, Kristoffer Reitan, Alex Fitzpatrick, Ryan Fox, Ryan Gerard, Alex Smalley
Two 2026 PGA TOUR rooks: Kristoffer Reitan (No. 20), Alex Fitzpatrick (No. 24)
With 46-year-olds Justin Rose (No. 27) and Adam Scott (No. 28) in the field, it marks the first time since 2009 that multiple players age 45 and older have qualified for the TOUR Championship (Kenny Perry/49, Scott Verplank/45)
Brothers Matt Fitzpatrick and Alex Fitzpatrick are the first set of brothers to compete in the TOUR Championship since 1987 (Bobby and Lanny Wadkins)

Despite not winning an event this season, 12 players earned a two-year exemption on TOUR (thru 2028 season) by advancing to the TOUR Championship: Si Woo Kim (No. 5), Sam Burns (No. 8), Tommy Fleetwood (No. 9), Ludvig Åberg (No. 10), Xander Schauffele (No. 12), Hideki Matsuyama (No. 16), Ryan Gerard (No. 17), Patrick Cantlay (No. 19), Min Woo Lee (No. 21), Alex Smalley (No. 23), Robert MacIntyre (No. 25), Adam Scott (No. 28)
Of the eight first-time winners in 2026, three advanced to the TOUR Championship: Jacob Bridgeman (The Genesis Invitational), Alex Fitzpatrick (Zurich Classic of New Orleans), Kristoffer Reitan (Truist Championship)
Five PGA TOUR rookies qualified for the FedExCup Playoffs, with two advancing to the TOUR Championship: Kristoffer Reitan (No. 20), Alex Fitzpatrick (No. 24)
Of the 12 international winners of the 36 of the FedExCup Regular Season events, eight qualified for both the FedEx Cup Playoffs and the TOUR Championship: Justin Rose, Matt Fitzpatrick, Rory McIlroy, Alex Fitzpatrick, Kristoffer Reitan, Viktor Hovland, Tom Kim, Ryan Fox.
