Preview of the 2026 Memorial Tournament | By Workday
DUBLIN, Ohio - Scottie Scheffler, the world No. 1 and 20-time PGA TOUR winner in search of second victory of the season (The American Express). Scheffler seeks to win the Memorial Tournament presented by Workday for the third consecutive year. The last player on TOUR to win the same tournament in three consecutive years: Steve Stricker (2011 John Deere Classic).
The last player to win the Memorial Tournament in three consecutive years: Tiger Woods (1999-2001).
A third victory at the Memorial Tournament (2024, 2025) would see him join Kenny Perry (1991, 2003, 2008) with the second-most in tournament history, behind Tiger Woods (1999, 2000, 2001, 2009, 2012).
2022 U.S. Open champion Matt Fitzpatrick owns three victories in 2026, the most of any player this season (Valspar Championship, RBC Heritage, Zurich Classic of New Orleans); Workday ambassador has recorded three Top-10s at this event (3rd/2020, T9/2023, T5/2024) despite never posting a better opening-round score of 73 in seven appearances.
Charles Schwab Challenge winner Russell Henley claimed his sixth career PGA TOUR victory and first since the 2025 Arnold Palmer Invitational presented by Mastercard; the World No. 5 has two top-10s in nine starts at Muirfield Village with his best: T5/2025).
Si Woo Kim has made 15 cuts in 15 starts this season, including seven top-10 finishes, tied with Scottie Scheffler for most this season; has made nine cuts in 10 appearances at the Memorial Tournament presented by Workday (WD/2017) where his best result is 4th in 2023.
