McKINNEY, TEXAS - Si Woo Kim (1st/-21) is seeking his fifth PGA TOUR title in his 315th start at the age of 30 years, 10 months, 25 days. He can become the event’s fourth winner from South Korea (Sangmoon Bae/2013, Sung Kang/2019, K.H Lee/2021-22) and would become the first South Korean winner on TOUR since Tom Kim at the 2023 Shriners Children’s Open.
Si Woo Kim eighth career 54-hole lead/co-lead and second this season (The American Express/finished T6). He’s 2-for-7 converting to victory (2016 Wyndham Championship, and the 2021 American Express).
