SAN DIEGO - “It was a dark & stormy night” and a “wet and dreary day.” Torrey Pines was caught in waves of moderate rain with cool temperatures reaching a high of 59. Winds SSW 8-14 mph, gusting to 28 mph. Preferred lies were in use for round one.
