PGA Tour Brunch First Round Preview of the '26 RBC Heritage
HILTON HEAD - Nine players in the field are competing in a Signature Event for the first time in their career: Chandler Blanchet, Michael Brennan, Ricky Castillo, Steven Fisk, Johnny Keefer, David Lipsky, William Mouw, Jordan Smith, Sudarshan Yellamaraju.
Aon Swing 5: The top five players, not otherwise exempt, who earned the most FedExCup points in the Puerto Rico Open, Valspar Championship, Texas Children’s Houston Open and Valero Texas Open qualified for the RBC Heritage via the Aon Swing 5 system. They are: David Lipsky, Matt Wallace, Chandler Blanchet, Jordan Smith, Johnny Keefer
Aon Next 10: The top 10 players in the FedExCup standings, not otherwise exempt, following the Masters Tournament qualified for the Signature Event / RBC Heritage through the Aon Next 10:
They are: Jake Knapp, Nico Echavarria, Ryo Hisatsune, Nicolai Højgaard, Adam Scott, Sahith Theegala, Gary Woodland, Sudarshan Yellamaraju. Jordan Spieth, and Ricky Castillo.
Yellamaraju, currently No. 8 in the Aon Next 10 having earned his debut appearance at the RBC Heritage has five Top-25 finishes in nine starts this season, led by back-to-back Top-10 finishes at THE PLAYERS Championship (T5) and Texas Children’s Houston Open (T6).
