AUSTIN - Scottie Scheffler (2021 runner-up) advanced to the semifinals for the second consecutive year (11th instance of a player doing so) and can ascend to No. 1 in the Official World Golf Ranking for the first time in his career if he wins the tournament.

Scheffler’s opponent, Dustin Johnson advanced to the semifinals for the second time in his career and first since winning the title in 2017.

Kevin Kisner has won 21 matches since making his debut in 2016, the most of any player in that span while Corey Conners is the first Canadian in tournament history to advance to the semifinals. Conners has five consecutive match victories after going 0-3 in his tournament debut in 2021.

The Basics:

WGC Match Play Tee Times - Dell Tech Match Play Semi-finals Tee Times have Dustin Johnson and Scottie Scheffler heading out at 9:05am (ET) and Corey Conners and Kevin Kisner tee-off at 9:20am (ET).

Weather: Once again, sunny skies expected for today’s semis and final (and third place match). Temps 64 for the 9am tees increasing to 86-degrees in midday. Winds 8-12 mph and no chance of rain.

PGA Tour Brunch will post at 12pm Noon (ET) Monday.

March 27, 1960- Forty-seven year old Sam Snead won his 79th PGA Tour title at the De Soto Open Invitational at Sarasota, Florida with a one-shot victory over Jerry Barber.
