SAN DIEGO - After 1.05 inches of rain fell at Torrey Pines on Thursday, Friday’s second round saw partly cloudy with a high of 60. The winds blew from WestNWest at 8-14 mph, gusting to 22 mph. Preferred lies were in use for round two.
