MEMPHIS - England’s Justin Rose earned his 12th career PGA TOUR title in his 443rd start at the age 45 years, 11 days. The 2018 FedEx Cup Champion clinched second career FedEx Cup Playoff victory in his 57th playoff start (2011 BMW Championship).
The win at St. Jude’s was Rose’s first PGA TOUR victory since the 2023 AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am and it earned 2,000 FedExCup points. Rose climbed from No. 25 to No. 4 in the FedEx Cup standings and he’s projected to move from No. 20 to No. 9 in the Official World Golf Ranking.
Tommy Fleetwood (T3/-15) faded down the stretch in Sunday’s final round. Fleetwood recorded the 43rd Top-10 finish of his PGA TOUR career in his 162nd start, the most of any player without a win on TOUR since 1983. Fleetwood was the 36-and-54-hole outright leader and he carded a final-round 69 to earn his sixth Top-10 finish of the season and a cool $1,160,000.
