MIAMI - Cameron Young (1st/-13) carded a 5-under (67) in the second round, and was 5-under par thru 13 before recording a bogey on the par-4 14th. Young holds third 36-hole lead/co-lead on TOUR in stroke-play events (2025 Wyndham Championship /Won, 2023 John Deere Classic/finished T6).
Young is 1-for-2 to date in converting a lead at the half to victory.
This tournament matches young Young’s best par-4 score to par thru 36-holes in his PGA TOUR career, 8-under par with his other coming at the 2025 Wyndham Championship/Won).
Canada’s Nick Taylor (T2/-8) carded a second-round (70), highlighted by a chip-in eagle on No. 8 from 37 feet 11 inches. His best finish in 11 starts on TOUR this season was a T13 at the Sony Open in Hawaii.
Thirteen-time PGA TOUR winner Jordan Spieth (T2/-8) carded a 1-under (71) in the second round. His last Top-10 finish on TOUR was 16 starts ago at the 2025 Memorial Tournament presented by Workday (T7).
Spieth is one of 18 players in the field who previously played a TOUR event held at Doral (2014-2016).
There was no cut due to the fact this is a PGA Tour Signature event.
