PGA Tour Brunch 1st Round | 2026 AT&T Pebble Peach Pro Am

PEBBLE BEACH - The AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am is the first of eight Signature Events of the 2026 season. The Aon Next 10 for the first two Signature Events was determined through the FedEx Cup Fall standings (Nos. 51-60). After The Genesis Invitational, the Aon Next 10 will be based on the top 10 players in the 2026 FedEx Cup standings, not already exempt.
The Aon Swing 5 for the first two 2026 Signature Eventsis made up of the five players, not already exempt, who earned the most cumulative points in the Sony Open in Hawaii, The American Express, Farmers Insurance Open and WM Phoenix Open.
Pierceson Coody is making his first career start in a Signature Event this week after qualifying through the Aon Swing 5. Coody sits atop the Aon Swing 5 standings after recording four finishes inside the top 20 to open the season.
This week, Scottie Scheffler, the World’s No. 1 ranked player, is making his third career appearance at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am (T6/2024, T9/2025). Last weekend, Scheffler finished T3 at the WM Phoenix Open in bid to win three consecutive starts (2025 Procore Championship, 2026 American Express) for the first time in his career.
Scheffler enters the week with 17 straight Top-10 finishes on TOUR, the first player since Billy Casper in 1965 to accomplish the feat.
This weekend’s field includes:
42 of the top 50 players in the Official World Golf Ranking, including 18 of the top 20 in the world (No. 12 Justin Thomas/injury, No. 17 Patrick Reed)
Seven past champions: Jordan Spieth (2017), Nick Taylor (2020), Daniel Berger (2021), Tom Hoge (2022), Justin Rose (2023), Wyndham Clark (2024), Rory McIlroy (2025)
64 PGA TOUR winners, led by Rory McIlroy (29) and Scottie Scheffler (20), leading the pack
Eight past FedEx Cup Champions (10 wins): Billy Horschel/2014, Jordan Spieth/2015, Rory McIlroy/2016/2019/2022, Justin Rose/2018, Patrick Cantlay/2021, Viktor Hovland/2023, Scottie Scheffler/2024, Tommy Fleetwood/2025.
Note: every FedEx Cup Champion dating to 2014 is in the field with the exception of Dustin Johnson/2020 (LIV) and the injured Justin Thomas/2017

In order to complete a field of 80 players, those players listed below No. 60 from the final 2025 FedEx Cup Fall standings, not otherwise exempt, were added to the field: Jordan Spieth, Kevin Yu, Wyndham Clark, Matti Schmid, Joe Highsmith, Stephan Jaeger, Adam Schenk, Michael Thorbjornsen, Emiliano Grillo, Mackenzie Hughes, Steven Fisk, and Alex Smalley
Jordan Spieth, an AT&T Ambassador and 2017 AT&T Pebble Beach Pro Am champion, is making his 14th career tournament appearance and owns six top-10s including his victory. Spieth is seeking his first Top-10 finish at Pebble Beach since his runner-up outing in 2022.
This event is played over two courses (Pebble Beach Golf Links, Spyglass Hill Golf Course), with amateurs competing alongside professionals the first two rounds, with competition limited to professionals only over the final two rounds at Pebble Beach.
