BLAINE, (Minn) - Jackson Koivun (1st/-20) carded a 10-under (61), including a tournament-record back-nine score of (28) (-8), which included four birdies and two eagles (Nos. 12 and 18).
He holds the lead/co-lead for the first time after any round on TOUR. The 21-year-old is the youngest 54-hole leader/co-leader on TOUR this season.
With a victory, he would become the fourth PGA TOUR rookie to win this season: Alex Fitzpatrick (Zurich Classic of New Orleans/with Matt Fitzpatrick), Kristoffer Reitan (Truist Championship), and Stefano Mazzoli (Corales Puntacana Championship).
On TOUR this season, 10 of the 30 individual-stroke play events were won by players who held the 54-hole lead/co-lead. Most recently: Viktor Hovland/Travelers Championship).

Argentina’s Emiliano Grillo (T2/-17) seeks his third PGA TOUR title (2015 Procore Championship, 2023 Charles Schwab Challenge) and looks to become the second international winner of the 3M Open (Jhonattan Vegas/2024/Venezuela); makes seventh appearance at the 3M Open, with five made cuts in six prior appearances, including three top-10 finishes (T3/2020, T2/2022, T10/2023).
Our 18-hole leader and five-time Korn Ferry Tour winner Ben Kohles (T2/-17) seeks his first PGA TOUR title in his 122nd career start.
